The idea was simple. I wanted to turn a visual style that caught my attention into a short commercial for a pizzeria. The goal was not just to create a few attractive shots, but to build a clear and consistent visual world that would connect the entire video.

WHAT IT IS
A client intake and proposal system I built in n8n. It connects questionnaires, Google Sheets, AI-assisted analysis, pricing and email delivery in one structured process.
THE IDEA
I wanted a QR code in a social media post to become more than a link. It should start a simple guided process that helps a potential client understand what content they need, while giving me the information required to prepare a relevant service proposal.
HOW IT WORKS
The client first answers three short questions and receives an initial recommendation with a link to the full questionnaire. The answers are stored in Google Sheets. n8n then reads the client data and pricing rules, creates a client profile, recommends services and calculates the price. I review the result before the final proposal is sent.
